Ok, I have a confession to make... I'm addicted to makeup! Especially to nail polish and lipstick. I think all women have an addiction to certain things when it comes to makeup, but I didn't know about my addiction until I was making some changes in my room.
I found tons of nail polish and lipsticks but, I noticed something... I think almost all the lipsticks are the same color. I'm not kidding! I have like 20 different shades of red and 20 different shades of nude. Lol. Well... I have pink, brown and other colors too but, red and nude are my favorites :)
When it comes to nail polish, at least a have variety of colors. Although I have to accept my favorite color for both, nail polish and lipstick, is red. I don't know why! Maybe it's because is a classic color in makeup, or... I just love red!
I like painting my nails because I find it a fun thing to do
and it's just like a ME-time.

I loveee bright pink lipstick - and my nail varnish collection just keeps getting bigger :/ can they actually bring out any more shades??

DeleteI am not a make up lover (gasp! I know). I never, ever polish my fingernails, but I always polish my toenails. I usually just paint them red or pink, but on occasion I enjoy a nice blue.

DeleteI am just now getting back into all the nail polish and lipstick. After being home and in a house of boys I hate to say those things got neglected for a little while, but I'm bringing it back because I need that "me time!" Dark red used to be my go to color for nails but I am venturing out and a mauve like color for lips, but I'm trying to change it up.

DeleteI'm not a makeup wearer -- I have never mastered the time it takes to apply it or remove it at night...LOL! But I do love nail polish. I don't usually put color on my fingers because I keep my hands in so much water {though the new gel polish is great for that} but I always get my toes done. Love color and designs but if I had to pick a favorite color, it would always be red {though right now they are pink...hehe}.
ReplyDeleteYep, water it's my main problem... I've been using Good to Go from Essie for like 5 or 6 months. It's really good and it makes my fingernails to stay painted for a week. I haven't try the gel polish but I really want to try it! I think I will try the one from Sally Hansen :)

DeleteI don't wear a lot of lipstick, mainly lip gloss, and I always wear a pale pink. As far as nail polish goes, red is my favorite, but lately I've been wearing this really pretty orangish color by OPI call Cajun Shrimp. I love your pink hombre nails!
